My Favorite Food

I tell you. From very very small I am a fan of pasta, but especially "noodles with sauce". Every time my parents left, my brothers and I were alone. Then it was tradition to prepare pasta.
Today I continue with tradition, I no longer lived with my brothers and when I am more unemployed with the university I cook pasta. I'm not very good at cooking, but making noodles is very simple and inexpensive, you do not need to be a great cook to make them taste rich. Ideal for people like me!
The history of noodles with sauce is somewhat confusing. It is widely discussed among Arabs, Italians and Chinese, but the first story was written during the Han Dynasty. According to research, it dates back to an age of 4,000 years.

Nowadays you can find noodles of all sizes and flavors. There are thick noodles, thin noodles, long or short, it should be noted that the diversity of noodles, some exclusive from China and Italy. There are also different ways of cooking or preparing noodles in different countries.

"Few words"

A few days ago, I was bored at home and then I started to see what was new in netflix. I stopped in a documentary that caught my attention. It's called "In a few words." It is a netflix proposal for a short time. This documentary is separated into several chapters and seasons. He talks about many different topics that are being lived or talked about today.

A chapter called my attention a lot, I talked about the Fememnino orgasm. It is really incrible as the woman has been commissioned over time to investigate what we like or do not like as a woman, outside of historical stereotypes. And defend it. I am also very struck by the fact that at present it is still unknown what is causing a female orgasm. Will it be a muscle? Is it totally mental? Questions like: what is really an orgasm? What should we feel?
They are questions that scholars and technology have not been able to decipher. The female body is really a mystery.

I invite you to watch this documentary, not only for this topic. Should you see it because it talks about issues like politics, racial discrimination or because women earn less money than men for the same job? Interesting, right ?

An application that we are using a lot in our career, is QGIS.

QGIS is a free Geographic Information System. It is part of the Geographic Information Technologies (TIG). It has many photo editing tools, which allow to visualize, manage, edit, analyze data and design printable maps of any geographical area. It generates the location, dimension, distribution, spatial relationship, allowing a wide capacity of analysis of any geographical situation that one wants to analyze.

In my opinion, it is a very complicated application to use. But once you manage to understand what their tools are for, everything becomes a little easier. Learning how to use it well would be a very useful tool for our field of work, because it allows us to obtain very precise estimates of what one is studying and considerably reduces the hours of land that can be invested to get the answers that this platform facilitates.

It's complex, yes. But it's worth the effort to understand it.
