My Favorite Food

I tell you. From very very small I am a fan of pasta, but especially "noodles with sauce". Every time my parents left, my brothers and I were alone. Then it was tradition to prepare pasta.
Today I continue with tradition, I no longer lived with my brothers and when I am more unemployed with the university I cook pasta. I'm not very good at cooking, but making noodles is very simple and inexpensive, you do not need to be a great cook to make them taste rich. Ideal for people like me!
The history of noodles with sauce is somewhat confusing. It is widely discussed among Arabs, Italians and Chinese, but the first story was written during the Han Dynasty. According to research, it dates back to an age of 4,000 years.

Nowadays you can find noodles of all sizes and flavors. There are thick noodles, thin noodles, long or short, it should be noted that the diversity of noodles, some exclusive from China and Italy. There are also different ways of cooking or preparing noodles in different countries.
